Online or in-person, during this initial appointment your provider will get to know you while also discussing your medical and psychiatric history. We will work together to establish goals and a dynamic treatment plan to help you feel your best.

Follow Up Visits
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your progress towards your treatment goals and making changes to your treatment plan as needed. Supportive therapy is included in each visit.
