Lamara Ford, MSN, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C (she/her)
Owner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Lamara is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults in multiple clinical settings.
She earned a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. Lamara has also completed advanced training in perinatal mood disorders and psychopharmacology through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
Drawing on her combined experience in nursing and social work, Lamara provides holistic, person-centered care that honors each individual’s lived experience. She emphasizes collaborative relationships to support healing, using medication when appropriate alongside therapy, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle interventions. Her practice is firmly rooted in a commitment to patient empowerment and social justice.
Lamara’s clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD. She also specializes in perinatal and postpartum mental health, including perinatal grief and loss, and is dedicated to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe, seen, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.
Brittany Perez, MSN, PMHNP-BC (she/her)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Brittany, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), is a compassionate and experienced mental health provider with over a decade of experience in healthcare and psychiatry. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, delivering empathetic, evidence-based care to individuals navigating complex mental health challenges.
Known for her warm, non-judgmental style, Brittany is dedicated to building collaborative therapeutic relationships and empowering clients through emotional resilience and overall mental wellness.
Brittany takes a holistic, client-centered approach, integrating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Her clinical specialties include the treatment and management of depression, anxiety (including obsessive-compulsive disorder), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
She works with both adolescents (16+) and adults, creating safe, supportive spaces where healing and personal growth can flourish.
